How cool! I love that we did citrus ...my little kumquats and your blood orange. It's so funny because my husband picked up some blood oranges and said...why don't you use these. I settled on the kumquats...cute, but they don't taste very good..lol.
First thing I thought of shooting for "organic" was one of my blood oranges! They're so pretty, and you never know if the inside will be red like this, or more a mottled orange-red-gold color.
